Jason W. Graham
Attorney and Registered Civil Mediator

Jason W. Graham is registered as a Civil Mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.  Mr. Graham has successfully completed an intensive combination General Civil Mediation Training Course and Practicum with Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service, Inc. taught by veteran Patricia A. Siuta.  Mr. Graham has significant experience in conflict resolution.  He has represented both individuals and businesses in all aspects of trial, arbitration, and appeal in state and federal courts in over a dozen states.  As an advocate, Mr. Graham has helped his clients mediate and settle all types of claims, including but not limited to complex business disputes, real estate litigation, personal injury claims, intellectual property disputes, landlord/tenant matters, "business divorces", construction and lien claims, and other contract and tort matters.  Mr. Graham's trial experience, generalist approach to the practice of law, as well as his experience as a small business owner in starting and running his own law firm, gives him the necessary perspective to help adversary parties find creative and efficient solutions to their most difficult conflicts.

Jason W. Graham’s practice includes commercial litigation, construction and lien law, intellectual property protection, personal injury, mediation services, and general business law. Mr. Graham’s civil litigation practice includes every aspect of state and federal trial practice, state and federal appellate work, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation avoidance counseling. His intellectual property practice includes advising clients regarding the protection of their intellectual property - including trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights - and also litigating to protect and enforce those rights when necessary.

Mr. Graham has been awarded an AV Peer Review Rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Graham was named a Georgia SuperLawyers Rising Star by Law & Politics and the publishers of Atlanta Magazine in 2006, 2009, and 2010. Mr. Graham is an active member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta where he serves on the Membership Committee.  He also participates in the Small Firm Practice Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.  He has been named a Fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia.  Mr. Graham is also a member of the Burns Club of Atlanta and is Chairman of the Stone Mountain Highland Games for Wee Laddies and Lassies.  He is also a guest lecturer at Georgia State University's Biotechnology Department. 

Mr. Graham received an Associate of Arts degree from Oxford College of Emory University in 1992, graduated from Emory University magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 1994, and received his juris doctoris from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1997. The University of Pennsylvania is a member of the Ivy League and its law school is currently ranked 7th overall by U.S. News & World Report. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1997 and has over twelve years of experience practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and general business law. Mr. Graham is also admitted in the following courts: United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Court of Appeals of Georgia.  Mr. Graham has been admitted pro hac vice in over a dozen different states, including Alabama, California, Florida, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and has even handled cases in Canada and Australia with the help of local counsel.
